WSC Fall 2008 registration will remain open without payment of a late fee until August 1st. 

Download REGISTRATION FORM, complete, and mail form & payment to 20 Connshire Drive Waterford, CT 06385.

1. All players must join the Waterford Soccer Club in order to play.  
2. Families complete Registration Form and submit to Registrar.
3. Players should be 'age-appropriate' per the 2006-2007 Age Group table below.

Step 1:  FILL OUT THE REGISTRATION FORM

-  Complete player information section.

-  Select the proper age-level division (link above)

-  Complete parent identifying information.  Please include email address.

-  Volunteer.

-  Provide medical release information.

-  Sign "Consent for Medical Treatment of a Minor"

-  Provide a BIRTH CERTIFICATE (New Players only).

Step 2:  PAY registration fees

-  PAYMENT accompanies form.

LATE REGISTRATION

Late registrations via phone and e-mail after the registration dates prevents us from solidifying team rosters and assigning coaches. The number of late registrations has caused us, at times, to redo entire rosters for a division and struggle to obtain enough coaches in time for the season. Eventually, the additional work and confusion trickles down to the parents and players and we would like to prevent that.  The earlier and more accurate that we can finalize rosters will enable coaches to contact their players in a timely manner and prepare for the season.

A late registration fee of $25 will be charged for all late registrations after the listed registration dates except for new residents who move into Waterford after registration sessions.
